The Centre for Asia Minor Studies has had a long-standing presence in the publishing domain. From monographs focussing on local history and studies of Asia Minor idioms to refugee testimonies in the five-volume edition Η Έξοδος [The Exodus], the foundation has followed a steady publishing course.

Of special significance is The Biblioteca of Asiae Minoris Historica, a series of professional monographs including works on all aspects of the historical experience and cultural life of Asia Minor Hellenism in the broadest sense.
